Marina 106 is a supertall residential skyscraper in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Originally launched as 106 Tower, the project is designed to rise roughly 445–450 m with 106 floors, making it one of the tallest residential towers in the world once complete.
